We offer a choice of two fee scales:

Fee type A: ´No win, no fee´, i.e. if we do not collect any of the debt, then no commission or other fee is paid by you, the client. For successful collections, a commission rate of 25% plus IVA is charged on any cash collected.

Fee type B: A €150 (+IVA) initiation fee is charged to start the case and do the initial investigations. For successful collections, a commission rate of 12% plus IVA is charged on any cash collected.

You need to decide which fee type you prefer.
